Who We Are
We are a small crew, not a franchise or a call centre. Our plumbers answer the phone, price the job and turn up with the gear a first visit usually needs.
What that means for you:
- One team, start to finish, on water, drainage and gas work.
- A fixed price on paper before we start.
- Card and EFTPOS accepted on the spot when we finish.
How We Work
Every job runs the same three steps, whether it is a leaking tap or a full refit.
Call and tell us
You ring, we ask a few quick questions, and we book a time that suits.
On the day
Your plumber arrives, finds the fault, and talks you through what it needs before anything is touched.
Lifetime Labour Warranty
Every job is done by a licensed plumber under QBCC No: 15024607, and our labour carries a lifetime labour warranty.
Working Around Newstead
This is a suburb of flats on old industrial riverfront, and that shapes every job here.
A young suburb of renters
At the last census this pocket counted 7,496 residents at a median age of 33, with 99.2 per cent of its dwellings flats and most of them rented.
What that changes
Lifts, strata approvals and unit stop valves are part of nearly every callout, so we plan for them before we arrive rather than discovering them on the day.
Albion and Hamilton sit inside our run as well, along with Bulimba across the river, plus Teneriffe and Fortitude Valley, ranging from tower units down to the few pre-1940 homes near the water.
Questions About Our Business
Call (07) 3067 4274Who actually carries out the plumbing work?
Every job is handled by our own team of plumbers working under QBCC No: 15024607, which covers plumbing, drainage and gasfitting work across Newstead and the surrounding area.
Which suburbs do you cover?
We cover Newstead plus Albion and Hamilton up the road, Bulimba across the river, and Teneriffe and Fortitude Valley around the corner, in tower blocks, townhouses and the handful of pre-1940 houses near the water.
I rent my unit. Who pays for a repair?
Repairs to fixtures are generally the owner's or property manager's job, so tell them first; once we have found the fault, our quote can go straight to them for approval before any work starts.
How do you charge for a job?
The price is a fixed quote you approve before we begin, and that approved figure is the one you pay on the day, by card or EFTPOS, with nothing added after the tools go away.
Can you come out the same day?
Same-day where we can is the honest form of it: call early, keep the line free, and there is a good chance a plumber reaches your unit before the day ends.
How do I book a plumber in Newstead?
Ring (07) 3067 4274 and tell us what the fault is, where the unit is, and who is paying; we set the visit, your plumber checks the job, and the fixed quote reaches you before work begins.
